oh shit. this is a toughy.....er.....damn. Ramen.

actually, yes, a martial artist who does not use both does not use his capabilities to his fullest. since using both allows more choices and alot more variety (plus, it looks good) both are highly suggested. and yeah, i guess you do need both Soul and Body to live life to the fullest.

Pokemon or Digimon? (i think we all know the answer for this one)

you'd also be surprised by how many moves i can do with just my legs. in my Taek Won Do club, only legs are allowed. but we hold back too often, in my opinion. it'd really suck if we were mashing each other with full strength. we'd literally cripple ourselves by the sheer force.
