Usually, those who use MSPaint use their mouses. Those who use Tablets probably have Photoshop or something to that similar effect.
Now that I think about it, I CAN draw somewhat in MSPaint, but it truly just takes a huge push of motivation to draw well on it. Those don't come often. By the way Liger, your last posted picture was freaking awesome. Yeah...
