About the "special" Darkrai...
Roar of Time sucks. Period. Spacial Rend is decent... on a Palkia w/Lustrous Orb and even then, is outdone by Draco Meteor (without counting Critical Hits). Darkrai should take advantage of the sleep time by using Calm Mind a few times and sweeping with Dark Pulse. Keep in mind that this is an UBER, and as such, will be fighting against other ubers, notably Mewtwo, Mew, Lugia, Groudon, and others which are mostly weak to Dark attacks (which Darkrai conveniently gets STAB on)(Groudon just has garbage SpDef...). The only type coverage that Spacial Rend would give Darkrai is the ability to demolish Palkia and Rayquaza which it already can do. And about hacks, who gives a shit if the person is using a perfect IV pokemon? It's not like that makes the battle unwinnable. Damn the Wonder Guard Spiritomb. Toxic FTW. I'm not sure about the Double Team evasiveness boosts although I think that at max evasiveness (6DTs), accuracy is reduced by ~75% (NOT a flat 75%; original 100% acc would be reduced to 25%, while 50% acc would be reduced to 12.75%) ~~~ Писатель всегда будет в оппозиции к политике, пока сама политика будет в оппозиции к культуре.

I've been thinking of getting another Starly and EV training it, so it can become superior to my own Staraptor.

Metagross or Gengar. I just love Metagross' Clear Body, it had to be one of the best effects in the game. But I also really, really, really, really, like Magneton and Dugtrio, their totally cool! ^^ Actually, I have a rather long list of cool Pokemon, but I won't list them all...
