Hello!
My name is Xephyr, and, well, I'm new here. You may be familiar with my brother, Neon_the_Chao. He got banned like an idiot. >_> But he said this was a cool site, and, being a huge fan of Riviera myself, I just had to join. Uh, not much to say for myself... I'm a lot like my brother, except more rational. >_< I enjoy anime, manga, and video games, as well as drawing. Well, what my brother does is his business.
I'm NOT him. I know there's no way to prove that, but there's nothing I can do about that. Besides, if I really was "Neon_the_Chao", why would I introduce myself like this, explicitly referencing myself? That'd just be stupid.
