I know that video makes it SEEM cool, but basically everything else brings it down, since the game is plagued by shit like 40 hit bnbs, otg relaunches, and completely broken characters/setups, etc.

I mean seriously, look at this. It's just awful. Caster is nigh on unstoppable, Berserker is a joke, Kirei's super does nearly a full bar of damage whilst being air unblockable and having nearly no startup, Unlimited Blade Works is weak as shit despite requiring over 6 full grails to use...

I don't care about that kind of things, I'm pretty basic when it comes to fighting games, I'm okay with the simple 5 hit combos.

Enjoy time outs then, because there isn't any way in hell you're going to be able to do damage with 5 hit combos in F/UC.

If you want 5 hit combos, shit like Soul Calibur suits you better.

Ehhh. 3 is enjoyable, but if you're expecting F/UC to be as simplistic and easy then you'd be wrong. Plus supers aren't FREEEEEBIES.

Honestly, SWR is the only other actual fighter (I don't really count smash) where mashing one button gives you a combo.


It's never gonna hit the states anyway.

And probably 60% of "good" players in games like SF3, GG and MB mash their combos out till they get visual confirmation.



F/UC combos aren't mashing, they're just constant timed loops.
