Take off the inverse, add some noise, blur it a bit, and maybe throw a coat of reddish brown + fog over the Twilight Zone image, and it'd look EXACTLY like one of the alleyways of Silent Hill.

Rainy Blues - 1 hour doodle, Photoshop CS2. Considering how long I usually spend on my pictures, that's actually... relatively quick. The rain was an afterthought. Um. which is why it doesn't really look very wet in the picture. Besides the rain. I mean.
