Hi everyone, I just joined like, 2 minutes ago and I just wanted to say hello. But while I'm here I'd like to ask are topic descriptions mandatory? I would have joined a few weeks back, but I didn't want to until I got this game (playasia.com). Is there anything I need to know about thats not in the TOS?

Topic descriptions are not necessary.
I don't know what's not in the ToS, because I haven't even read it yet. Really the only requirement to be here, is that you like Riviera, played Riviera, or want to play Riviera. Upload your avatar instead of linking it. For some reason it will stretch them as large as possible if you link and it's smaller than the limit.

It's just there because of the white or other kind of light background from the picture the gif was ripped from..
