Item score value table, “translated” from the Japanese RiviPSP guide Options

I went and “translated” the table from the Japanese RiviPSP guide that shows the score value of each item, per chapter:

Walrus translated the formula for calculating the score at the end of each chapter, which is:
Item Quantity * ( Remaining Item Durability * Item Value ) / 10
for each kind of item in your inventory. These are summed up, and yield the total chapter score.

Total item value thresholds for different ranks:

Chapter 1: 135 - 100 - 70
Chapter 2: 230 - 150 - 80
Chapter 3: 230 - 150 - 80
Chapter 4: 230 - 150 - 80
Chapter 5: 230 - 150 - 80
Chapter 6: 250 - 160 - 80
Chapter 7: 270 - 170 - 80
Chapter 8:1130-1090-1050
