Where did you see it? I remember seeing a small cover somewhere on Sting's site, but it never showed up on Play-Asia, so I was unsure if it even existed.

Melt the glue binding the pages so you can separate them and scan them easily without cutting or creasing.
But make sure the glue cools again before you start scanning or you will probably ruin the pages anyway. ~~~ The balls of evil are never safe from the steel-toed boot of JUSTICE!!
