Does anyone remember what *whoever* was thinking when they produced all those text files in the PSP sprite sheet packs that explain "how to animate the sprites"?
I have no clue what's going on nor any need to have a clue but I was curious ~~~ (Currently trying to make Yggdra Union flashes)
