it will be crazy. but i can see it working with the analog

just think of it as a shoot'em up game plus rpg system.

nothing to get so shocked at all.

The Yggdra thingy is why Pamela appears. I clearly said that maybe they will use the save data for the Pamela event to appear.

There is no Yggdra event,

Stop abusing the spoiler tag. Spoiler tags are for key plot points, not for inconsequential easter eggs.

...

Perhaps it will be a completely different style of gameplay? Like Yggdra Unison was to Yggdra Union?

No clue, don't you dare let me down, St!ng.

But Yggdra Unison was just a silly spinoff game, not an actual port or remake. Besides, the screenshots we've seen pretty much confirm that the gameplay is the same.

I WAS NOT AWARE

Also ugh, this awakens bad memories of the lazy Riviera port. Except in that case there at least weren't any differences in the controls. :(

Huh... am I the only one who can sort of see this working out? I mean, there will obviously be some changing of the control schemes, but it wouldn't be too difficult I think. Something like adding a sort of auto-stick when moving the wisp around so it's not terribly hard to select a unit, and instead of dragging weapons, you select them using L and R or something (to which the Knight will automatically adjust to the weapon change), and other little changes to accommodate the PSP.

Of course, there's probably (understatement) some flaw in my quick thinking here, but I don't think it will be nearly as bad as some of you make it out to be.

In any case, depending on how well it actually does (I have fairly high hopes for a PSP port), I may actually buy it, if/when it comes to NA.
