A replica does not equal what it actually is a replica of. DB Saber replicas in PSO are a lot weaker than actual DB Sabers, for instance.

Edit: On second thought, I'm pretty sure it isn't what you think it is. If it was what you thought it was, or had power similar to what you thought it was, it would work on a particular boss.
