 What Pokemon would Riviera characters use? |

BLAME PLATINUM AND NEWS OF GOLD AND SILVER.
So... I dunno, what kind of Pokemon would characters from Riviera use? I actually can't name a few right off the bat, but I think... Fia would probably make use of Gardevoir, or maybe even Gallade, since they're the graceful fighter type. Serene would likely have Scyther, Pincer, or anything else with a blade type thing. Maybe throw in a ghost or dark type. Lina... um... I see Ledah using nothing but Fire legendaries and fully evolved starters. Lina would... uh... Cierra... perhaps Mismagius? It suits her by appearance, but she needs something fiery... maybe a Torchic. Lina... has a ... Pichu? ~~~ The One and Lonely.

Lina would probably use Pokemon that make use of so-called "long-range" attacks (although there really isn't a distinction in Pokemon so this means anything that sounds like/is a projectile attack). Anything that knows Bullet Seed, for one. Maybe Octillery with Octobazooka.
... Possibly also anything that learns Egg Bomb. But nothing "icky," or she will throw a tantrum. Why does Lina have to have a cute Pokemon, though? ~~~ Hm.hm..hm..Hi, I'm an astarte

Ooh, this sounds like fun.
Actually I can see Serene with a Sneasel or Weavile. Ledah would have a Ninetales. Period. Charizard's kickass but doesn't really suit him. And considering Ledah's personality, I can't really see him having more than one or two Pokémon. Ein's... hard to decide, really. He might actually be the one with the starters. Then throw in lots of different types for his team. I think he would just be one of those annoying opponents that has a little bit of everything. Fia would have almost strictly healing-ish Pokémon. Like grass types. Maybe some normal types. I'm thinking Bellossom, Chansey, etc. Lina would have small, cute, fast Pokémon. Electric types like Pikachu and Pachirisu. Cierra would have... er... Clefable...? >> I dunno. She's hard to decide. :/ ~~~  Don't bother fighting back, Ein - you won't win. |

Just watch him name it Lorelei so he can say "Lorelei is all I need." Personally, I would have thought that maybe Charizard works better simply because it flies and thus can keep up with Ledah when he takes off. (It can potentially also carry him in the event that he collapses or something, which he might see as a useful asset for his "I work alone" mentality.) The only other flying fire-type I can think of is Moltres, and... no. Not so much. :/ That's more Aghart than Ledah. ~~~ <SIENNA> Dude

That's true. But Charizard is lunky and dragon-y and not pretty. I like Charizard and everything (c'mon, Green has one XD), but Ledah just... needs something pretty. Or maybe not. XD

i could definitely see fia with gardevoir or gallade
cause gardevoir is like a caring and protecting type and gallade looks like he can fence for some reason i imagine ledah with blaziken serene with a bat like pokemon like a crobat ~~~ "I wish my lawn was emo so it would cut itself" - Some Guy

Ein - Eevee
Ledah - Entei or Charizard Lina - Pachirisu, Pikachu or Mareep Fia - Gardevoir or Celebi Serene - Shiny Gallade Cierra - Rapidash or Arcanine Malice - Froslass Hector - Mewtwo or Arceus I can honestly see all the characters with these Pokemon. Ein is a new angel so a baby Eevee seems suitable. Ledah is supposed to be experienced so Entei would be perfect. Also, Charizard is awesome. Lina is Lightning-attributed and it looks like she would like cute Pokemon so Pachirisu and Pikachu are perfect. And Mareep too. Fia is all about the healing and Gardevoir and Celebi are the first that come to mind. Serene would have the Shiny blue Gallade, because it's cool, and she likes to look cool. I can see Cierra riding a Rapidash or an Aracnine. Malice has that sinister but hurting side, so I'd imagine she'd have an icy Froslass. And finally, I see Hector with a Pokemon of pure power, like Mewtwo, or he might have Arceus becuase they both do the element changing thingie and Arceus is a god, and Hector wants to be one and/or destroy the gods. |
