I know I said I'd butt out, but Actually, I do think that a lot of things that Ein says and does in the game are accidental. They're just perceived as him being perverted. The Flaybell Cathedral statue is an example of this.

I will say that the bath scenes are a little harder to defend with this argument, but it's possible that those were partially accidental, too...
