It's you the player who is the pervert. If you don't want to see the girls naked, there's that choice. By extension, he can't qualify for any sins, since it's the player who commits them. The game always asks "Do you want to eat X?" If you do, you're a glutton. If not, you aren't. The things the game forces Ein to do, like defeat demons, don't really fall under any of the sins.

I thought all the girls except Lina are envious of Ein. When Ein acts nice to one of them, one of the others gets mad usually.

Well, here's the scrunch:

Ein would be a pervert IF someone told some stuffs, interact anyone. That factor that Ein will go pervert WHEN someone told him something what not to be told.

Stating much further, he wasn't a pervert. The first bathing scene proves in following events:

1.Ein talks to CoCo.
2.CoCo told where Lina and Fia.
3.Ein visited the place.
4.He went to see Fia and Lina.
5.Everyone got shocked.
6.Ein runs away.
