Yeah, so the forum is set up like this:

Why is it like this and not just showing all of the posts like normal?
Is there anyway to return it to normal? It's kind of annoying...

On the other side of the bar from the topic title, there's a little drop-down box titled "Options." Select to view "Standard" (you're currently viewing Outline).
