Basically it's a small bar you stick in your signature stating you're a fan of something.

But yeah, they are pretty lame, especially when you can cover the same material in your profile under the interests section.

I've never gone out of my way to see a user profile. Unless I have to see the info while trying to find the PM link, I just won't. Never.
I want a Yggdra Union userbar reeeeally bad.
