The setup is the same as Chapter 8 with the girls, but you have to bring Lorelei for every battle. Ledah starts out with a 10% HP recovery which increases by 1% every time you move. Ein still can't learn Skills. This version of the chapter has way more plot than the Sprites version and actually has some important information pertaining to Knights. You need to be careful later on and the Hades battle takes way longer. Fight all the battles so you can use every Look trigger. There's quite a lot of scenes that look slashy so that even the fangirls like me don't have to try hard to make it seem like pairing. Stop guessing and get his version of the chapter now that you know how. You're welcome, everyone.

So, no, it has nothing to do with having full items.
