Worst character, Battle-wise Options

Who is the worst character in battle? Ignore your little hatreds for personality.

Ein is average in just about everything. Second slowest, but can be boosted to tie with Serene.
Cierra is powerful in Magic, but slow. Not only does she have low AGI, her moves have high WT. She has high VIT.
Serene is a physical powerhouse. Weak in MGC.
Lina is the fastest and thus has the highest dodge. Her stats are balanced.
Fia is second-fastest but her main attack (rapiers) use her weaker stat.

Fia. If I need a fast character, Lina is far better. Really, the only thing about Fia that seems decent is the fact that she can use katanas to deal a nice amount of damage. Most of her skills are horrible and her stats aren't anything special.

Either Lina or Fia. Fia's advantage are her 'XXX Rune' skills which can be quite useful sometimes.

Cierra was much too slow for my taste. I rarely ever used her through my playthrough. As for Fia, she didn't seem all that useless, as her rapier attacks were good at filling up the overdrive bar.

Cierra is way too slow... what's the point of waiting a lot of time only to do a slightly stronger attack?

But otherwise, I agree with you; I mean, it's not like the Overdrive Gauge takes a while to charge, or anything crazy like that...

Cierra's slowness actually HELPS her. Her slowness gives you time to raise the Overdrive gauge, so when her turn finally comes around she'll be ready to unleash a powerful overskill.

It's a real pain however, to learn new skills from weapons. Of course, it depends how many items you have in your inventory but still, it's a real pain. Worth it though.

i never thought about it i guess is Cierra because of the slow raising overdrive
