I'm going to slap a giant label on my forehead with this remark, but I'm of the opinion that the plot could have been made a bit more open-ended.

Meaning that Ledah didn't have to die, you just had the option of letting him if you didn't like him (or were so duty-minded that chasing after the boss who doesn't exactly go anywhere no matter how much time you spend in Elendia afterwards takes priority over saving your ex-comrade's life. But no big deal.)--which might then allow one to get some kind of Ledah ending depending on which course of action you take. Granted, I'm probably in the minority on this one.
I also kind of wished he'd not be such an item snob. Taking on Hades with Ledah in your party? Suicide, since he refuses to heal himself with any sort of item and dies. Consequently thereafter Hades' HP doesn't go down fast enough (not that it was going down all that fast to begin with anyway), so you also wind up dead. >.< I was working on building Ein's stats on another run-through of the game so I don't have to deal with the sucky save-file stats, but all the same...
... And the extra-item storage sounds like a really good idea. I could save things and get Cierra to level up with them too (like that Fire Orb from the beginning... ) so that I don't have to throw away the holy freaking grail to get an item I can level people with that I'm probably never going to use.
