Actually, I found a thing that converts the WC3 model files to .obj files, which I'm pretty sure I can do things with in Blender. It also coverts .obj files to the WC3 file, but it's a CLI-only thing. I'm not playing with the CLI. I'm too unfamiliar with it, especially Windows CLI.
In any case, I can definitely do skins for models.
