With bullet punch scizor I would never use Weavile again.

Perhaps you wouldn't. But, again, it's all about your favourite pokemon, and trying new things, not about what makes you win. Hence why I don't have a stable team, and why I'm currently training up a Pachirisu (my favourite pokemon).

Strongly disagree. Unless you want to go back to GS and examine some of those evolutions, such as (hey, your example) Scizor. Same exact fucking stats for Scizor and Scyther, but they're distributed differently (in my opinion, poorly for Scizor since I'm a speed-freak). Also Scizor is the most retarded evolution design-wise.

What I'm saying is that I didn't like the evolutions they made and they ended up not living up to the hype they were given because there are better options and since I don't like them I feel like they were a waste. I said its not about the tiers even though they reflect this because it wasn't the tiers that made me feel this way but their actual usability. I mentioned the tiers because Yuka did to explain how I felt and how that could make it seem like it was entirely based off the tiers.

Again this was just another reason why I didn't like a lot of 4th gen evolutions because they became less appealing competitively and they're looks were unappealing to me to begin with.

Also I have no problem with having fun with my favorites anymore. I only play with what I like now.

I always liked him. It's just a matter of opinion in what you like. I think he's pretty good now with better priority.

No i don't. I like the hoenn ones but now I don't like them anymore ever since there was like over 10 legendaries in one region.

Pokémon got ridiculous after the 2nd gen. I liked a select few of the 3rd gen pokémon (and the general feel of the 3rd gen games), and the best thing about the 4th gen was the distinction between move types and move category (i.e., not all dark types are special anymore).

I'm excited for SS/HG because they'll pretty much be 2nd gen with 4th gen mechanics.

I only like Jirachi, Chimecho, and Mudkip in the Hoenn pokemon.

Rare? But if you apply it to pokemon definitions legendary is like the super rare pokemon that like Satoshi/Ash only see's sometimes.

They're legendary if you consider Suicune, Entei, and Raikou legendary, since they follow the same exact patterns.

Don't you mean cannot breed even with Ditto?

Otherwise you have to include single-gender pokemon as legendaries.
