I don't believe you! You don't just "stop playing" after you beat a Pokemon game! You KEEP playing and let it steal hundreds of hours of your life away!
Also, let's try to find a good place for Attack EVs. By "let's", I guess I really mean "someone please do this for me so I don't have to". I'll give you... um... a Paras. |

How could that be the last one you need? o.o
I'm fairly certain a few of the Pokemon you need are only seeable through the Champion. Unless there is another way to fill out the Pokedex I'm not aware of. |

No, it's impossible to see them before the champion unless you do arduous level training for stuff like Garchomp, or spent a long ass time trying to get a Feebas/Spiritomb.
