They display the max possible HP for all characters in the instruction booklet of RiviGBA--I believe it's 5000, although I can't say for sure as I don't have it on me. In every single playthrough I've ever done except my first, I've always had all the characters over 1000 HP. Maybe you guys just aren't teaching them enough overskills. ~~~ Dept.Heaven Episodes 1 Union 2 !!! Lolz =))

Maybe you can if you can get ALL the usable stuffs with skills and teach the team mates about it. 9999? UBER!! ~~~ I have another name...Aquamentis...
