I don't think Russian has fraction symbols for a Half in a word.

Holy wow, I never realized my dictionary had conjugation and declension charts. o.o I'm bored so I'll answer here for the heck of it.
It always helps to conjugate the verb first of all. Ненавидеть would have to become ненавиду for first person. Ты can't just stay ты. It needs to be changed to the direct object (i.e. accusative) case. For ты, the accusative case is тебя.
So "Я ненавидеть ты" should be "Я ненавиду тебя." Hopefully. I'm not that wonderful at Russian myself.
