Yeah, I noticed that too. I can see his on non-UTF-8, and I noticed that he doesn't have to use any sort of tag to make it actually work...
I don't know if this is Shiira's fault or if it's something else. BUT IN ANY CASE I'LL FIND OUT WHEN I GET A NEW COMPUTER ~~~  |

I have two different input methods available to me for Russian, so I'll try the other one by typing random stuff! I didn't have to use any sort of tags to get LCN to display it properly, so I think that was probably the problem.
