What exactly does 'GEO card in water' mean? And is it worth equipping for a map with water of should I use it for morale?

Forgot about that level, I've been too lazy to get past 36 again. The point is, if you could get the thing like, about 3 BF sooner... If you do not open the extension and go and get Nietzsche, she will join automatically at the end of the battlefield, causing her equipment to last an extra battlefield under your control.
