Present from my friend's Aunt and Uncle (his mom runs a house of veterans and they help out)
I'm so paranoid I'm going to wreck the game before I get to play it that I've sealed the game case in a ziplock bag

Disaresta's relative usefulness really depends on what you're fighting. If it's something with high holy resistance (or even worse, something that absorbs holy) then "Ewwwwwwwwwww" just about covers it. Actually, that probably also goes for the things that Disaresta only does mediocre damage to as well. >> And the fact that it breaks the overskill charge meter makes it even less useful, since you can only use it once and you can't use any other overskill afterwards should you need to.

But I guess you already knew that. Still, Enzd isn't necessarily wrong with that comment.

Who cares? Instant S rank if you finish with it. That's good enough for me.

The damage is fine, but it seems Disaresta is prone to miss when it REALLY NEEDS TO HIT.

Of course, plenty of overskills in Riviera are like that >_> I just make fun of Disaresta because I really don't like Ein as a combatant.

:/ It's not instant S-rank. You can win a battle by using an ExL skill and still get an A-rank or so.

Hahaha, DustyHaru is in the same boat I was. XD It reeeeally sucked having RiviPSP but not a PSP... but now, I have mine, so I can actually PLAY Yggdra Union on the PSP as soon as it comes out (and I run out of the house to buy it).

...it kind of annoys me how the damage doesn't synch up with the attack animations anymore. :x

Ugh, I totally need a PSP. T^T My game is sitting in one of my bags collecting dust bunnies.

Actually, sealing it in a ziplock bag is not a bad idea, Dusty. >>

I try to avoid Disaresta, unless I really want to S-rank something. Or Ein just happens to be the next attacker and I'm like: "Oh, hey, look. One enemy left, and it's about to die. Disaresta time. X3" Of course, if I'm relying on all of Disaresta's strikes hitting, you can just forget it. ("Screw you, Ein, you can just sit there and watch Serene hack it to pieces.") Because, as Enzd said, it never hits when you need it to. Especially against things that can't even guard, which is just pathetic. Or maybe I'm just really unlucky. -.-

IIRC, credits go to Feral Phoenix for Fiaa's icon and ChefMKT for the Lyuri scan.
