Well, I'd say my bias is rather apparent... but I would have to say Gulcasa.
Hector is pretty powerful by himself, but he's only one angel...type...thing. Gulcasa has an entire army that is loyal enough to him that he could just sic them on Hector. In a one-on-one battle... I'd still have to say Gulcasa. » Click to show Spoiler - click again to hide... « |

Really, shouldn't this be titled" Nessiah and Hector"? But I still say Hector, same reason as Rasler said.

I'd say Gulcasa just because Genocide = Annoying, Ether Blast = Not so much.
