If he has an email address listed, you should be able to contact him with that.
I'm sure Tonfa has a lot more backgrounds, but if you can't contact him then this topic has a few of the backgrounds. Not a lot, but as Shadow said in that very topic, it's better than nothing. ~~~ Dept. Heaven may be unnoticed, but it has very few haters as a result.
