I think they watch it ironically. They make fun of it a lot so I'm pretty sure they don't take it seriously.
Also I feel like I should mention that the animation class I'm taking this semester is giving me a whole new appreciation for animated shorts, cartoons, movies, etc. We've done a bunch of tweening exercises and other things, and I didn't realize how much I was in love with 2D art until now. I want to go back and rewatch all the animated shows I ever watched when I was a kid just to see how the art was handled. |
