Hi everyone, I just joined like, 2 minutes ago and I just wanted to say hello. But while I'm here I'd like to ask are topic descriptions mandatory? I would have joined a few weeks back, but I didn't want to until I got this game (playasia.com). Is there anything I need to know about thats not in the TOS?

Topic descriptions are not necessary.
I don't know what's not in the ToS, because I haven't even read it yet. Really the only requirement to be here, is that you like Riviera, played Riviera, or want to play Riviera. You could have joined without having it.
