For the second there I though it was Kitten 2 based on some of the screen shot...

It actually is the next Dept. Heaven game (and I've moved the topic so that's more obvious, and I'll give it its own forum once we actually have a decent amount of information to discuss). The last blog post heeere says it in plain English. Or uh, Japanese I guess. The point is it's actually confirmed by that instead of everyone being all "OMG STAFF IT HAS TO BE DEPT HEAVEN"
