The BF15 boss is Aegina. What is a good strategy to beat her? I tried using Shield Barrier plus Sanctuary, but I don't win enough with these cards to bleed her morale enough. Her weapon in this BF gives her "50% criticals" and using Milanor to steal her weapon wastes a valuable turn.

I have four characters. Here's how it goes:
(Shield Barrier)
My turn: 1st battle win (Shield barrier blocks revolution)
2nd battle lose (enemy starts at MAX [revolution immediately], my gauge not 100% [cannot block it])
3rd battle win (Shield barrier blocks)
4th battle lose (same reason as before)

Now, when the enemy starts at MAX, even if my gauge IS at 100%, I have trouble activating the skill before the enemy uses their skill.

(Sanctuary)
1st battle: Win 6-0
2nd battle: Win 3-0
3rd battle: Lose (gauge too low)
4th battle: Win 3-0

Is Oblivious Dawn any good against HIGH enemies? Will it slow down their aggression gauge enough to make a difference?

In the PSP version, you can replay a (offensive) turn whenever you want - just go to "suspend," save the game, and choose "continue" from the main title. If you don't like the result, reset and again choose continue at the main title. If you want to go back to the beginning of the battlefield, choose "load game" at the main title. I did this "continue" trick several times. The result was different each time, but I didn't do very well against Aegina in any of my trials.

Which items should I equip? Which characters should I use? I used everyone but Mistel and Roswell. You must use Milanor, who is weak vs. sword. You also must use Yggdra who is average vs. sword. The other two characters I picked were the two spear users who are strong vs. sword.

This is BF15, so I don't have access to gravity chaos which would be helpful here.

The only (actually useful) stat-increasing items you have at this point are the milk bottle and elemina mint, neither of which I've used. Who should I give these to? I will have to replay BF14-2 to feed them but that is a small price to pay. I also have the kokorinut, but LUK doesn't play a big role in deciding battle outcomes.

Critical hits play a huge role in deciding battle outcomes.

Also, I don't get why you're fighting Aegina other than to grab her weapon, but even then you're fighting her far too long just to grab her weapon.

I want to get the items that are behind her in BF15.
Do you use Durant to do this, bypassing the need to kill Aegina?

Killing Aegina IS possible, I did it on an emulator using save/load state in the GBA version. It's quite easy to kill her lackeys.

Aegina has HIGH. You can't kill units with HIGH.

Not in the aspect you're thinking of, anyways.

Probably.

I haven't played YU in forever anyways, but I could have sworn that Aegina was unkillable in BF15.

Because you're a pussy.
HIGH means at the beginning of their turn they regain all lost Morale, and that they always start clashes in RAGE.

There's only a few BFs where enemies have HIGH and Protect. I'm pretty sure BF15 is not one of them. But it is your first time against an enemy with HIGH I think so it tends to make it difficult.

Refresh my memory here? I can't remember which BF15 is now.

You can kill units with HIGH. In fact, you must do so (?) at one point in the game (not in BF15 however). You must do it in two turns (one enemy turn and one ally turn), since every other turn the enemy regains their morale.

The key to killing a high-morale unit with HIGH is to bleed some of their morale on their turn when they attack you (this is after their morale has recovered), and bleed off the rest during your turn.

It goes without saying that once killed, HIGH units no longer regain their morale at the beginning of the turn (i.e. they stay dead).

You should put a section where spoilers can be spelt out without fear. Those who dare can post and read it anyway, and yeah, put some clickey to add spoiler tags, tq.
