You could whistle.
You could swish your eyes around till you get dizzy. Whee!
You could eat your clothes. Mmmm... Polyester.
You could masturbate. Well, I wouldn't.
You could bite your nails. Crunchy!
You could practice martial arts.
You could make shadow puppets.

You could crack your knuckles, back, and neck. Ow!
You could take a nap. Zzzz....
You could run in circles.
You could run up the wall.
You could make up a rap. Yo!
You could write a poem.
You could measure time. 1... 2... 3...
