When I play this, I always seem to miss alot of voices. Is there any real way to effect which ones you get, or is it just a luck of the draw thing?

The only ones you need to remember are
Rosary: Fia's Lv 3 Skill
Fire Emblem: Ein's Lv 3 Skill
Moon Wands: Cierra's Lv3 Skill

For the rest just practice, even though its lame, you should get them all. I did.

There maybe be other lv3 hidden ones as well.
