Do you know this book?
I don't know that if you guys have these photoes of this book. I use my scanner to take photo for this book. I think that you will have difficulty in downloading. There are some spectacularly awful scans here, but you're certainly welcome to produce better ones. It would be much appreciated, I'm sure.
