I don't intend for this to become a serious topic about the quality of the localization, but Atlus translated it as Upora. In all four versions of Riviera and Yggdra Union it was Upola.

Maybe his "s" key is broken?

One of my friends broke his s key once and tried writing an essay without using it...he didn't do so well.
