Because these are just so fun. Let's talk about Kitten and make random observations and help eachother and whatnot here. As always, make sure to mark your spoilers.

MINE TOO. I'll get it on either Saturday (unlikely), Monday (hopefully!), or Tuesday (unfortunately likely).

I went through UPS, so there's no way I'll get it Saturday. And nobody will be around Monday. I probably won't get it until November.

Here's what I figured out from playing what is essentially the tutorial.

-Gameplay occurs on the top screen, with the wisp moving around in accordance to your placement of the stylus on the bottom.
-Gameplay is basically you moving the wisp, dodging enemy fire while commanding your units by placing the wisp on them, and selecting which direction they attack, so you defeat all the enemies.
-There are items which you can drag onto units with the wisp to enable the use of BreakOut attacks.
-There is a Law and Chaos toggle function. All I've really found out about what this does is that it changes which regular attack the units use and it allows some items to be used that couldn't be used in the other setting.
-There are destructable objects. Hitting them releases an item (Does this apply to all objects on the field?), and furthur attacks on the object breaks the object completely and releases some sort of crystal.
-Gems are released from enemies when you have units attack them. Gathering these gems seems to fill up some sort of MP bar, although I don't know what the bar itself is for.

Based on what I've seen in a couple of ingame screenshots in one particular part of the tutorial, I think that the units possibly have different levels for both Law and Chaos modes (Or an Alignment system). I think this may also lead to possible branches in the storyline, depending on which level is higher. I'll have to experiment with this though.

Also, at the title screen, there is a "Leveling" option on the main menu. I have no clue what this does, but I think it might be some Wi-fi function.

Lastly, there's various difficulty levels. Two (Easy and Normal) are available to play at the start, so we need to decide who is going to play on Easy and who will play on Normal so we can check for differences in the game aside from difficulty.

Edit: I figured out what the Leveling option is, but in order to explain what it is I guess I have to explain how your units gain levels.

Throughout the course of battle, you gain points. Not Exp. Points, but just points. Your units do not gain any EXP in battle. But inbetween battles, the points you gain can be allotted to your units to level them up.

Therefore, the leveling option on the main menu can be used to farm those points to level your units. In a way, it's similar to Riviera's Training Mode, but without the item obtaining.

I'm going to play on Normal mode, and I'm going to have the Japanese version of YUGBA in my DS whenever I play in case there's anything interesting gained by doing that.
