in the riviera battle system, sometime when some char( can't remmember which one) use a weapon like ribbon , serene will make a comment saying that she wish her hair was long and so on with other weapons
and other char. of course it does not work on pratice battle system

so my question is how does it work and how do we make them 100% make the comment?
because it take me 1/10 battle then she will make the comment

Certain attacks get 100% chance of the quote.

If you want, I believe I put up the quotes in the Projects forum. They're not associated with the people and weapon, though.

Using weapons like the Ignis Spear with Serene or any of the spell scrolls with Cierra(?) will always give a quote. While using a weapon like the Zantetsu/Kiku-ichimonjii with Fia will only sometimes grant a quote. There isn't any way to tell what items have 100% quote chances until you use them enough actual battles. (Or maybe if you hack the ROM?)
