You can kill units with HIGH. In fact, you must do so (?) at one point in the game (not in BF15 however). You must do it in two turns (one enemy turn and one ally turn), since every other turn the enemy regains their morale.
The key to killing a high-morale unit with HIGH is to bleed some of their morale on their turn when they attack you (this is after their morale has recovered), and bleed off the rest during your turn.
It goes without saying that once killed, HIGH units no longer regain their morale at the beginning of the turn (i.e. they stay dead).
EDITED: Added spoiler tags due to some 'radical' elements in it, geeez....How come I can forget the rules of posting spoilers?!?

Yep that is true. But it's quite easy to 'kill' her in this battlefield (Framm Granary) rather than at Mount. Lenessay pass where you have to divide your troops into two.
Like Sauce just said, why don't you steal her weapon (Equip Milanor with something that auto. fill the gauge, like that ring you get somewhere near Roswell's Manor). Put Durant as a can stopper in the bridge, and Nietzsche in the water tile below him (Assuming them have higher-than-normal stats, because I always abusing my Durant like there's no tomorrow. Knights with guns would be a good idea if it's possible) and Roswell/Rosary on the third and lastly, Milanor.
Also, this is very much dependant on what type of cards you always used in battles before. If you have Steal as your main strongarm, try to crash her all in one gulp. Ailments inflicting cards won't give any effect, if I remember as HIGH character doesnt receive one, if my memory still strong. Shield Barrier will give you good if it has around 1800~2100 power and like before, trash her altogether. (Never tried Mistel on her though, her card only do good if you use it with her).
Damage dealing cards will do good, like Flame (Not for aliments, but for damage) If you're using Durant as the cork, put that all ace spear on him, that should do the trick. Also, put the Flame-UP staff on Rosary for extra kill. (Well, afterwards you can have steaked griffon, hahahaha)
That's all that I can think for now. Personally I don't like fighting her for some reasons... (If only there's a unit or char with Subdue ability....) Nice to hear other tricks, if you have some to share around.
You should put a section where spoilers can be spelt out without fear. Those who dare can post and read it anyway, and yeah, put some clickey to add spoiler tags, tq.
