Yup, if you D.I.Y with hardwares that you bought, you can save around well...500?

Upgrading a computer can cost you a fortune, though... but it was an exciting job that doesn't cost a lot of money (Videocard, hell) if you learn it yourself.... buy some computer related mags or just surf the net for some info.... (The basic should be enough...not the soldering, desoldering stuffs...advanced ones)

If you are still having issues checking computer specs use Astra32 It's free and works.
