The kind of way where Quick Claws activate four times in a row, Lick paralyzes way more often than it should, Lava Plume burns way more often than it should, and Poison Fang poisons way more often than it should.
The kind of way where you can hit yourself four times in a row in confusion, or the kind of way where the opponent or yourself can snap right out of confusion or thaw from being frozen in one turn. And these are just things I've seen happen to myself or to an opponent I'm facing in Platinum over the course of my run. ~~~ |

Lick's Paralysis rate is pretty much 95%, at least when my Haunter is using it.

Game Freak is the worst programming company ever. They gave Cyrus every annoying Pokemon in this game except for Starmie. Because Starmie's not in Sinnoh.
