All event-triggers are Key Items, I can't remember any major event-trigger that wasn't a Key Item.

There is no difference between "legit" and "hacked" pokemon, except the effort expended in obtaining them (and potentially some moves they can't actually get). Quit whining.

I've heard of some "hacked" Pokemon preventing the game from starting up.
Or that could be someone using a flash card.

It was poorly made. That's all. It was not flawless in all of it's coding. Big stuff happens with little mistakes.

Hacked pokemon aren't coded. Most certainly not by the person with them.

Means nothing. What level was the opponent, what type was the attack, etc. For all we know those could have been Blizzards from a level 99 Dewgong.
