She did not, just when she was hit (Ugh!) and when she was killed (Uwaaaaahhhhh!).

As for the ToS OVA, I've seen the episodes as well as a few of the actual series episodes (Only on an iPod podcast, unfortunately), and they're pretty good. I'd like to get a DVD (Or a free download.... Hee hee hee) but I can never find it.
