Finished reading The Canadians at War 1939/45 Volume two, and the smaller, third volume that I managed to find at an antique store. The series included a number of excerpts from other books, and now I'm going nuts trying to find the original books. One of them, a collections of stories from a surgeon, was published in 1946 and I've only been able to find it at really high prices. Others I can't even find at all. I guess I'll check some libraries, but I'd prefer to own copies.
Read The Taming of the Canadian West, which was kinda boring. I've never really been interested in that area of history.
Almost finished reading At The Sharp End. Great book. If you're interested in WWI at all I recommend reading it. Even though it's strictly about the Canadian Expeditionary Force, most of it applies to all fighting on the Western Front.
