So, I don't know how many people here actually like/watch/read any Harry Potter material, but I just had to do this.

Yeah. Harry Potter just came out recently...anyone seen it?

Of course, a lot of stuff had to be cut, and some stuff was changed otherwise it would make little sense with time constraints, but I think, overall, it was the best movie so far. It was really, really awesome (<3) Hmm...as a comparison, I liked it better than Pirates 3.

Harry Potter itself came out quite a few years ago. The fifth movie, which you're just referencing, came out yesterday.

Honestly, I've stopped having interest in the series after the fourth book.

This movie...was epic win. One fight scene in particular has me waiting for the DVD.

My only word for it is "FREAKINEPIC"

The fifth book wasn't my favorite of the series. But I do want to see the movie, it's just that I get paid tomorrow and I wanna see Transformers first, that way the line for Harry Potter would have gotten shorter by then.

The fifth book was the second one out of the series that couldn't hold my interest the whole way. The first was the fourth... I can't say I remember much out of that one, besides the little bit I remember from the movie >_>

This one looks kind of cool, so I'll probably wind up seeing it soon. I might see Transformers first though, since that looks pretty awesome.

Hmm. The fifth book has actually been my favorite so far. There's just so much going on. And the fight scenes were incredible throughout the entire movie. :)

I think that this director did a much better job than the one who did the fourth movie. And he actually read the book. But that may be seen as either a positive or a negative, as there area a number of things that won't make entire sense to people who haven't read the book. There are a few things that I was extremely surprised were left out, which means all of my theories for the last book need a little revising. Although it was done wonderfully, I feel that some of the characters were a little underused. Bellatrix, in particular, although absolutely insane, could have been used a little more than she was...or at least I was hoping. But the new characters did a really, really great job fitting into their roles, especially the lady playing Umbridge.

I would be more embarrassed to have one of those book covers than to have the original HP ones.

It wasn´t my favourite book, but the movie was the best so far... at least I think it´s the most complete one. And the battle scenes were very good.
