Okay. Seriously thinking of buying this. I like the looks of it and plus it's made by Sting. Is it any good? Nintendo Power gave it a 3.0, so I'm kinda thinking about not getting it.

Not that I hold Nintendo Power in a particularly high position of trustworthyness.

1) Do you like Roguelikes?
2) Do you like games with convulted mechanics that are designed to kill you and be hard?
3) Do you like games with extremely confusing plot and story that unfolds slowly?
4) Do you like perfecting and experimenting with various setups and builds in rpgs till you've found your niche?

if you answered yes to more than 2 of those, get it.

I want to buy the Saturn version. But I wouldn't understand anything.
I could buy the understandable PS2 version. But it looks less creepy and atmospheric.

I think this game is very creepy but awesome.

If you like games that are maze like with confusing stories then this is for you!

Play it at midnight with no lights on! I may seem weird but this game gives me nightmares!

Apologies for the necro, but the English version of Baroque is also available on iOS, in case anyone missed it. It's free, but you need to pay to play the whole story. Also includes a score attack mode.
