Next-gen consoles, Which one are you going to buy? Options

I´ll buy a Wii. Old downloadable games and this awesome controller... Nintendo rules!

PS3 is too expensive, Xbox is WAY too expensive, and I don't play Nintendo games. Or any games, much.

PS3 is more expensive than the 360, unless by "Xbox" you mean the original Xbox, in which case you cannot count.

Wii is obviously going to be the cheapest Next-Gen. Unless of course Nintendo reconsiders...

But otherwise, I'm on the Wii's side (despite my BURNING RAGE AGAINST THAT NAME) for neat looking games.

Wii doesn't use hardware as expensive as the Xbox 360 or the PS3. If they charge as much as Microsoft, there would be RIOTS. On the STREETS.

Hmm. I'd still get the Wii, because of Super Smash Bros Brawl. Hopefully, it will be confirmed that you can play it online, that'd be freaking awesome.

There isn't anything currently out, or in the near future, for the 360 that interests me enough to warrant a purchase. I also haven't seen anything for PS3 that can justify it's price tag. Super Smash Bros. Brawl, Crystal Chronicles, and Twilight Princess interest me the most for the Wii, as well as other games that might make interesting use of the controller and the ability to download older games.

It was my intention to, at some point, own all three of the next-generation systems. I'll buy a PS3 when the price drops and there's some thing for it that I HAVE to own. I'm not too sure about the 360; unless something comes out that I really want to play, I may just skip getting one. As for the Wii, I'll probably get that sometime around it's launch date or the release of SSBB.

About the Wii's prices. I've heard between $200 and $250.

I think it will be $200 though. All of the other consoles have been $200, that's why.

Oh,a dn I am getting the Wii, and only the Wii out of those three.

Well, I already have a 360, but since I regret asking for it, I'll probably buy a Wii for the backwards compatability and Wi-Fi.

PS3 is too expensive and has no interesting games announced. Xbox 360 is the same except it actually has at least one game that interests me. But I can live without that game.

Wii wins. And I wont even be getting that until quite a while after its release.

I'll buy a 360 and a Wii, and MAYBE, MAYBE a PS3 if there are some fucking amazing games for it, and the price drops by about two-hundred dollars.

You people failed to notice that the poll asked 'if you had too much money on your hands,' because then, for sure, I'd be getting a PS3. Sony has the third party support that Microsoft and Nintendon't (HAHA I'M FUNNY... never mind).

Barring that, I'm getting a Wii at launch almost definitely.

I wrote "What console are you going to buy (first, if you have too much money)" , if you can afford buying two consoles.

And Leyviur, there are a lot of third-party games announced for the Wii.
