Yes, she was a willing servant. She had to choose whether she did it or not. It's not like they kidnapped her off the streets, handed her a cardboard axe and said "GO FORTH AND SLAUGHTER SPRITES FOR THE GLORY OF LORD HECTOR!"
And no, it's unlikely she would continue for the revenge of the Gods, when she knew Hector's plan was to replace the Gods.

But you have to agree that she didn´t try to do something against Hector´s plan. She actually seemed to have fun when she chased Serene in chapter 2.
